Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Review financial statements
• Review work papers
• Answer technical questions from clients
• Review and monitor developments within the PCAOB, SEC, AICPA and implement the necessary changes
• Perform technical research and implement developments that affect the firms accounting and auditing practice
• Research complex auditing, accounting, reporting and disclosure problems
• Identify possible solutions to problems

The right candidate should have:

• CPA a must
• Recent CPA firm experience as an Audit Senior Manager or above with a specialty in hedge funds and private equity clients- Big 4 experience a plus
• Experience in a QC role a plus
• Minimum of 10 years recent CPA firm experience
• Strong technical accounting skills a must
